Do Archive orders ship like normal?
Yes, everything will be shipped out as normal.

What about warranty?
We’ve got you covered. If something goes wrong with your earplugs and your claim is approved, we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:
- Repair your Loops with new or carefully tested parts.
- Replace them with the same model (or a similar one, with your approval).
- Refund you the purchase price.
