What is Loop Link?
Loop Link is our earplug cord that you can attach to any of our earplugs to hang them around your neck. It has a magnet in the cord so you can clip the cords together and never lose your earplugs.
How do I know which ear tips fit?
Start with the default M ear tip size. Try this on and see how it feels. If it feels loose, falls out easily, or if you hear no difference in sound reduction, go up a size. If you’re struggling to get them in or if they feel too tight in your ears, move down a size.
How do I clean Loop Quiet?
Simply wipe clean with soapy water and a damp cloth. They’re made entirely from silicone, so if you submerge them in water, that’s okay.
We recommend replacing the ear tips after 3-6 months to maintain good hygiene. You can find replacement ear tips multipacks on our website.
