- Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Loop, we are committed to ensuring our e-commerce websites are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
We therefore aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which define internationally recognized standards for making digital content more accessible, and to applicable laws and regulations on accessibility, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
- What Are We Doing?
We are continuously working to ensure our websites are:
-
Easy to navigate using a keyboard or screen reader
-
Designed with sufficient color contrast and readable fonts
-
Built with clear and structured HTML to support assistive technologies
-
Offering alternative text for relevant images and multimedia
-
Understandable for users with cognitive and neurological disabilities
-
Regularly tested for accessibility issues using automated tools and manual audits
The content of our websites is also actively assessed by an independent third-party organization, Accessible Web, that is not involved with the design and development of our websites.
-
- Known Limitations
We recognize there may be some accessibility gaps that we are actively working to resolve. These may include:
-
Legacy content not yet fully updated
-
Third-party integrations not fully conforming to WCAG standards
-
Accessibility of our websites is dependent on HTML, CSS, ARIA and JavaScript
We are continuously reviewing our websites and working to close these gaps.
