We generally use your data for business and commercial purposes, including to provide the Services you request, to perform customer service functions, for security and fraud prevention, for marketing and promotional purposes, and to perform analytics, as explained in more detail below.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, we may share identifiers and internet activity for targeted advertising, which may be considered a "sale" or “sharing” under different US State laws. If you have any questions about how Loop processes your personal information please contact us as provided in the “Contact Us” section below.
2.2 How We Decide to Use Your Personal Data.
We use your personal data only where applicable law allows, for example to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate business purposes, or with your consent where the law requires it.
2.3 Purposes of Use.
We may use the personal data we collect about you in a variety of ways, including:
(a) Providing Services and Support to You. Specifically, we use personal data to provide the Services to you; for troubleshooting, technical, and customer service and support purposes; and to fulfill the purpose for which you provide such information, or fulfill any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the data. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for these purposes include performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and legal requirement.

You may decline before or during the meeting, and we will not record or will stop recording. We pause recording for confidential topics. Recordings are processed by our transcription provider under a written contract. We delete audio within 30 days and keep notes only as long as needed for the business relationship.
2.5 Profiling and Automated Decision-Making.
We use some of your personal data to create profiles, for example to personalize content and product recommendations on the Services, to select and measure the advertising you see (see Section 3), and to help detect fraud. These profiles help us decide what to show you or which transactions to review. Orders flagged as high-risk by our fraud-prevention tools may be cancelled automatically, because this is necessary to enter into a contract with you securely. If this happens, you can contact us to have the decision reviewed by a member of our team, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision. Where state law gives you the right to opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, you can exercise it as described in Section 7.
