  4. Individual Returns: Each order deserves a dedicated return; combining multiple orders is not possible. 
  5. Drop-off Convenience: Visit your local post office, ensuring the return is scanned upon receipt. Don't forget to obtain a receipt for your records. 
  6. Swift Processing: Returns typically take 3-6 business days for processing upon reaching our warehouse. Damaged or faulty returns may require up to 10 business days.

Should your purchase not meet expectations, our return policy is designed with your needs in mind: 

  • Eligibility Window: Returns accepted within 100 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 
  • Condition Requirements: Items should be in new condition, with original labels and packaging intact. 
  • Refund Process: Opt for the refund option during the return process. Refunds, excluding original shipping costs, are processed within 3-6 business days after the return reaches our warehouse.

  • Store Credit: Issued as a gift card, delivered to the email used for the order. 
  • Faulty Items: Report damage or faults within 14 days, providing a description and photo. 

Exchanges: Streamlined for Your Convenience 

  • Exchange Process: Facilitated via the "Shop Now" feature on our website. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Unfortunately, not available for exchanges. 
  • Discounts Application: Original discounts apply to exchanges, but new codes cannot be applied. 

Instant Exchanges for Prompt Solutions 

For swift exchanges, consider "Instant Exchanges." A temporary authorization is placed on your credit card. If the return isn't sent within 14 days, the full amount is charged. 

Addressing Your Concerns with Diligence 

If you've returned for a refund and it's not reflecting, rest assured, it might take up to 15 business days. Verify your original purchase date, and if the funds are still elusive, kindly inform us. 

Gift Returns and Exchanges – A Thoughtful Touch 

Should you receive your order as a gift, our Gift Returns Portal ensures a seamless process without inconveniencing the giver. Access it with your email and shipping address.

Exchange your Loops for a different size or color effortlessly through our Returns Portal. Limited Edition colors may have certain restrictions, so kindly review the available options. 

Final Sale: A Clear and Concise Policy 

Items marked as 'Final Sale' aren't eligible for return. Exchanges for the same style/color may be possible, subject to availability.
