Loop EXCLUSIVE CONTEST Tomorrowland 2026

Term & Conditions (“Rules”)

Organizer: The EXCLUSIVE CONTEST of a dream festival weekend to Tomorrowland 2026 contest (the “Contest”) is operated by Loop BV, headquartered at Lamorinièrestraat 33/105, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium (company number 0665.977.551) (“Loop”, “Us”, “Our” and “We”).

Rules: The following Rules apply to the Contest and are in addition to the terms and conditions contained in Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please read these Rules carefully. By participating in the Contest, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (the “Entrant” or “You”) agree to these Rules. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and accept Loop’s decisions as final and binding. Any questions, comments or issues related to the Contest should be directed to Loop.

Entry Period: The Contest begins on June 29, 2026 at 9:30 AM CEST (for EU/UK entrants) / 9:30 AM EDT (for US/Canada entrants) and ends on July 2, 2026 at 9:30 AM CEST / 9:30 AM EDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Prize: The ONE WINNER PER REGION +1: of the Contest (the “Winner(s)”) will receive

  • Two Standard Tomorrowland entrance passes for weekend 1: July 17–19, 2026 (Comfort passes not included),

  • DreamLodge accommodation: two made-up beds, Interior lighting and power outlets (220V EU outlets), One locker (9 x 27 x 43 cm), Two lounge chairs, Access to sanitary facilities in the Montagoe Area. (ARV: €2,488 or the equivalent in another currency)

  • Travel package: Outbound travel on Thursday (July 16). Return travel on Monday (July 20), Train or flight included, Transfers between airport/train station and Tomorrowland included, For flight bookings, travel from the winner’s home to the departure airport is not included. Travel insurance is not included.

Travel insurance is not included in the Prize. Recipients are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance covering cancellation, medical events, baggage, and other travel-related risks. Loop accepts no liability for any travel-related events not covered by the Prize.

The +1 must be aged 18 or older on the festival date, named by the Recipient at the time of notification, and is non-transferable thereafter. The +1 is responsible for their own travel documentation. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

Loop decides at its sole discretion which Winner receives which Prize. The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eligibility: The Contest is open only to Loop newsletter subscribers as of June 29, 2026, aged 18 or older on the date of entry, who are residents of the 27 EU Member States, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada. Entrants must confirm their subscriber status and country of residence on the entry form. False declarations will result in disqualification. Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Loop, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Loop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant.

Recipients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport (valid for at least three months beyond the planned return date), any required entry permits or visas, and any necessary health declarations or vaccinations. Loop is not responsible for arranging or financing such documentation. If a Recipient cannot travel due to documentation issues, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Recipient selected.

How to Enter: Participants may enter the competition by answering this ‘’Describe your dream Tomorrowland moment in one sentence’’ : question on this page www.loopearplugs.com/pages/tml-contest and us.loopearplugs.com/pages/tml-contest.  You must enter using the email address with which you are subscribed to the Loop newsletter before June 29, 2026 and complete all required fields. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Loop. Multiple entries or attempts to enter through multiple email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Content Licence: By submitting an entry, You grant Loop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display Your entry (including Your name) in any media now known or later developed, for marketing, promotional, and Contest-related purposes, without further notice, consent, or compensation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You waive any moral rights in Your entry.

Scoring: A jury of 3 people from Loop’s Customer Relations Management team (the “Jury”) will decide the winner. The Jury will assign a score to each eligible entry based on the originality, creativity, and relevance to Tomorrowland of the entrant’s response. In the event of a tie, the Jury may conduct a further evaluation and select the Recipient(s) at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners are selected by the Jury based on the criteria set out above. The Winners will be notified by EMAIL on July 3. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 2 calendar days from the time our notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Loop shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Any violation of these Rules by the Winner will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.

Winner Announcement: To request a copy of the Winner announcement, please contact Us. Requests must be sent within 2 weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

Shipment Prize: The Winner will indicate their passport details before July 6 at 12:00 PM CEST. The booking details will be shared July 10. Receipt of the Prize offered in the Contest by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Disqualification: Loop reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify, of this Contest or any future contests, any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website, or violates these Rules. Loop has the right to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website of Loop or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Loop reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Modifications: Loop reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Loop’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such cases, Loop may select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Loop. Loop also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in any jurisdiction if it is forced to do so due to illegality or invalidity of the Contest or due to binding self-regulatory rules, without any right of compensation towards the Contest participants. This Contest is void where prohibited by law or where registration or bonding is required.

If Tomorrowland 2026 is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered for reasons outside Loop’s reasonable control, Loop’s obligation shall be limited to providing an equivalent experience at a subsequent Tomorrowland edition (subject to availability) or, at Loop’s sole discretion, a reasonable cash alternative. Loop shall have no further liability to the Recipient.

Limitation of Liability: By entering the Contest, You agree to release and hold harmless Loop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. Loop will not be liable for any damages or losses as a result of failure by Us to deliver the Prize as a result of any circumstances outside of Our direct and reasonable control including, but not limited to, as a result of a server failure (including but not limited to access delays or interruptions, data non-delivery or mis-delivery), any act(s) of God, war or terrorism, breaches of security or unauthorised use of personal data arising from hacking and/or failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks.

Data Protection: The Contest is open only to existing Loop newsletter subscribers. Loop will use existing subscriber consent for Contest communications and will not collect new newsletter consent through Contest entry. By submitting Your entry, You agree to Loop processing those details for the purpose of the Contest (including announcement of the Winner) and in accordance with Loop’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.loopearplugs.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entry data will be retained for six (6) months after the Contest concludes, except where a longer retention period is required by law. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from these communications at any time and free of charge. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Social Media: The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms where it may be shared. You understand that You are providing your information to Loop and not to social networks.

Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of Belgium, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. However, this choice of governing law does not deprive Entrants of any mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Belgium, unless required otherwise by the laws of the Entrant’s country of residence. Participants waive the right to claim any damages beyond out-of-pocket expenses.
