Loop Tomorrowland 2024 Sweepstakes

Full official rules and requirements (“Rules”) 

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of Tomorrowland is Loop BV (hereafter “Loop”). 

    2. Eligibility: Loop Challenge (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://us.loopearplugs.com/pages/tomorrowland-giveaway-new-customers and are at least 18 years of age on the entry date.  The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the European Union, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Loop (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

      3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant ("You" or “Entrant”) agrees to these Rules and the decisions of Loop, which are final and binding. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at on May 21st, 2024 at 12:00AM CEST and ends at on June 17th, 20242 at 11:59PM CEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.  

      4. How to Enter: Enter the Sweepstakes through the online form provided at https://us.loopearplugs.com/pages/tomorrowland-giveaway-new-customers. Entries must meet all Sweepstakes Rules to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. Multiple entries or attempts to enter through multiple email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Please note that there is a limit of one (1) prize per individual, household, street address, and/or email address. 

      5. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive one the following prizes: 

        • 20 Winner(s) will receive a pair of limited edition Loop x Tomorrowland Experience 2 Black Earplugs Tomorrowland Experience products; 
        • 21 Winners will receive a Tomorrowland Kokono 2P Package (https://www.tomorrowland.com/en/dreamville/dreamville-packages/montagoe/kokono-2p-packages)  Tomorrowland Weekend Cabana package for 2 persons (Winner and one guest age 18 or older) from Friday July 19th 21st, 2024 until Sunday July 21st 23rd, 2024 (“Golden Prize”) (check-in possible from Thursday July 18th at 11am and check-out possible until Monday July 22nd at noon), including a travel budget of up to EUR 3,000 (“Travel Budget”). Each Winner will also receive two pairs of limited edition Loop x Tomorrowland Experience 2 earplugs. 

        This Travel Budget  can cover round-trip coach airfare or train fare for 2 persons to the Sponsor’s designated airport, hotel accommodations for up to 2 nights (one room, double occupancy), and transportation costs to and from Tomorrowland.  Any expenses or costs not expressly stated in the description of the Travel Budget, including, but not limited to parking fees, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service or facility charges, airline seat assignment or baggage check fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of Winner.  Any costs exceeding the Travel Budget will need to be covered by the Winner. In the event eg. the Travel Budget would be fully allocated towards airline tickets, the Winner is responsible for covering all other travel-related expenses.  The exact travel, transportation and accommodation details, including dates, times, and terms will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and strictly limited to the Travel Budget and will be booked by the Sponsor.  

        Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as Winner. Travel must be round-trip. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including where applicable a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, COVID-19 or other testing requirements and travel insurance.  Winner and guest must each execute a Declaration of Eligibility and Publicity Release form provided by Sponsor or its appointed agent prior to issuance of tickets. In event actual value of travel costs is lower than the Travel Budget, Winner shall not receive the difference or any other form of compensation or prize award. 

        Once travel is booked, any penalties incurred because of changes to flights or accommodations for any reason are the sole responsibility of the Winner. In the event the Winner chooses to cancel their trip, or Winner or guest chooses not to travel for any reason, Sponsor shall not award any alternate prize award or compensation and shall have no liability for any related cancellation fees or additional costs incurred for re-booking the itinerary at a later date.  Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates.   

        Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Hotel accommodations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s hotel of choice.  All travel arrangements are subject to availability, and any applicable restrictions, regulations, and policies of the travel providers (including airline and hotel) including COVID-19 vaccination and/or testing policy, and policies of departure and destination locations (including national, state, or local entry, vaccination, testing, or quarantine policies, or prohibitions on entry). Sponsor is not responsible should any part of prize award not be usable in part or in whole due to the foregoing. Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in both the departure and arrival location.  Any required arrangements and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, vaccination or quarantine accommodations that may be required is sole responsibility of the Winner and guests.   Winner and guest must abide by all travel and festival provider policies and direction, including security and safety requirements.   

        Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel or festival arrangements that are delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to pandemic, any government restrictions, pandemic regulations or requirements, travel provider restrictions or policies, weather, Acts of God, force majeure, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other reason or event that may cause the delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation of any travel or festival arrangements.  No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation, delay, rescheduling or postponement of any travel or festival arrangements. 

        Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion . The prize is non-transferable and resale is prohibited. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

         6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners are selected based on correct registration and the tiebreaker question. In case of a tie, the earliest entry wins.  The Winners of the Golden Prize will be selected first.  Winners will be notified by e-mail within 3 days after the giveaway closes. Failure to respond or comply with prize claim requirements may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.   The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. 

        7. Rules: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

        8. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless Loop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. 

        9. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Belgium, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Belgium. Participants waive the right to claim any damages beyond out-of-pocket expenses. Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within two (2) weeks of the end of the Entry Period. 

        10. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms where it may be shared.. You understand that You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to social networks. 

        11. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules. 

        12. By submitting Your personal details, You agree to the Sponsor processing those details for the purpose of the Sweepstakes (including announcement of the Winner) and in accordance with Loop’s privacy policy which can be viewed at https://us.loopearplugs.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, You will receive additional product announcements, promotions and updates regarding the products of Loop Earplugs. You can unsubscribe at any time and free of charge. 

        13. Loop reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction if it is forced to do so due to illegality or invalidity of the Sweepstakes or due to binding self-regulatory rules, without any right of compensation towards the contestants.
