User Testing Terms and Conditions
We are Loop America Inc., with its registered office at 530 7th Avenue - Suite 902, New York, NY 10018, United States.
At Loop, we innovate earplugs for both hearing protection and comfort. To enhance our product range, we are conducting a user testing project to gather valuable feedback on new designs.
- Process and Feedback
Participants will voluntarily share feedback through interviews and surveys about the provided prototypes. Honest and constructive feedback with reasonable detail is encouraged and may be requested by Loop.
Any ideas or suggestions ("Feedback") shared by participants may be used by Loop for product development without any obligation for payment or royalties.
Participation is free of charge.
- Disclaimer
Participants may receive and test experimental prototypes that are not certified as hearing protection under ANSI S3.19 or EN352-2 standards. These prototypes are intended for testing purposes only.
Loop, its affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of these prototypes, except in cases of fraud or willful misconduct.
- Confidentiality
Participants agree to keep all information related to this project confidential for a period of one (1) year. This includes any data, prototypes, or related materials shared during the testing process.
- Data Protection
Your personal data will solely be used for product development and will not be shared externally or used for marketing purposes. Loop will anonymize personal data whenever possible. Participants retain their rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

- Acknowledgement
Participation confirms that these terms and conditions have been read and understood.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this project will be exclusively resolved by the federal or state courts located in New York, New York.
