Great product and customer service

"The product is just great. I wasn't able to sleep due to a noisy neighbour who used to wake me up around 2AM every night. I'm a side sleeper so no other plugs would work. This product is helping me finally sleep and definitely improved the quality of my days. The loop link helps keeping the plugs in place and also makes them easier to find. Aside from that, the customer service is just great. The postman was apparently stealing the product and they had to deliver several times to me before I finally got it. Thanks Loop, keep up the great work!"

"Totally worth it. Makes taking them out momentarily so much easier. The magnet works well. The attenuation is so thoughtful. It won’t save a bad mix however lol. If the music isn’t loud enough, you’ll want to take them off, because the attenuation is still working. Definitely set on earplugs now. The Loop Experience 2 is amazing"

"The Loop Link was easy to connect to my Loop Earplugs (Loop Switch 2) and now it gives me peace of mind. I don't need to be afraid to lose my Loops. They've never actually fallen out, but the reassurance of having them "on a leash" is calming. And wearing them like a necklace, thanks to the magnetic connectors of the Loop Link, keeps my earplugs always ready for action. I might not need them all the time, but if I do, they are right there. "In my opinion the fact it colour coordinates with the coachella loop experience is really cool. It stays around your neck using magnets and is good if you cant have loops in your ear all the time but also cant carry a case everywhere. My only critic is you can hear everything that touches the ropey thing, but it would be very difficult to get rid of it. Thanks loop for the great product!"

"Very cute design! It's really useful to make sure that my loops don't fall, specially during movement. The lenght is perfect, not too long but also not too small for it to be uncomfortable. The magnetics in each size were a pleasant surprise to keep them in place when I'm not using them."
